3- Year Warranty

ChargeDNA™, MAKES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT FROM ChargeDNA™ or from a ChargeDNA™ approved reseller or distributor. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE OR ASSIGNABLE.

ChargeDNA™ warrants that this battery charger product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase, (the “Warranty Period”). With NO proof of purchase, the warranty period begins on the date code printed on the ratings label. Any products found to be defective due to material or workmanship, during the warranty period, will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of ChargeDNA™. Repaired or replacement chargers will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. The original purchaser is responsible to ship the defective product, prepaid to ChargeDNA™ for repair or replacement.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID AND DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS THAT:

1. are misused, subjected to abuse or careless handling, accident, or operated under conditions of extreme voltage, temperature, shock, or vibration beyond ChargeDNA™’s recommendations for safe and effective use;
2. are modified without the express written consent of ChargeDNA™;
3. have been disassembled or repaired by anyone other than a ChargeDNA™ authorized service provider.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

1. normal wear and tear;
2. cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality; or
3. products where the original serial number is missing, altered, or defaced

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Request and obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number and return shipping information from the ChargeDNA™ Warranty Department by emailing warranty@chargedna.com.
2. Return the Product, including RMA number and receipt. Any products received without an RMA number will not be processed.

ChargeDNA™ makes no other warranties, including, but not limited to, express, implied or statutory warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Further, ChargeDNA™ shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damage claims incurred by purchasers, users or others associated with this product, including, but not limited to, lost profits, revenues, anticipated sales, business opportunities, goodwill, business interruption and any other injury or damage. Any and all such warranties, other than the limited warranty included herein, are hereby expressly disclaimed and excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or length of implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and it is possible you may have other rights which vary from this warranty.
